Homeless Boys In Nairobi, Kenya
Join Sestranow Foundation in Changing Lives
The Sestranow Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) and a division of the Sestranow International Sisterhood, is dedicated to empowering underserved communities worldwide. Our mission is to uplift women and children mentally, physically, and financially. Today, we need your support to address an urgent need: providing shelter, care, and hope to homeless boys in Nairobi, Kenya. In Nairobi, countless boys under the age of 10 are forced to survive alone on the streets. These vulnerable children are left to navigate life without the care or protection they deserve. One such child is 8-year-old Wesley. Wesley’s mother tragically passed away during childbirth, leaving him in the care of an ill and elderly grandmother with limited resources. Without adequate support, Wesley was living alone in a dangerous, abandoned structure.
Thanks to one of our Sisters in Nairobi, Wesley’s plight was brought to the attention of Sestranow. Through swift action, we secured safe housing for Wesley and provided clothing and school fees to give him a chance at a brighter future. But Wesley’s story is not unique. Many boys in Nairobi face similar hardships, and with your help, we can extend our reach to ensure these children have the opportunity to thrive. We aim to raise $10,000 to continue supporting Wesley by providing food, clothing, and school fees to ensure his stability and growth. We also plan to assist other vulnerable boys by establishing permanent housing with adult supervision and care. Also by providing essentials like food, clothing, and access to education for other homeless boys in the area. Every dollar raised will help create a safe and nurturing environment for boys like Wesley, ensuring they have a future filled with hope and opportunity. Together, we can transform lives and break the cycle of homelessness and hardship. Donate today to bring shelter, care, and love to the boys of Nairobi.

Another focus is addressing food insecurity and homelessness in these underserved and low-income communities. We will do this by the establishment of a food pantry to assist those facing hunger; distribution of toiletries, clothing, and other essential items to homeless and food-insecure members. We are seeking $20,000 to fund the operation of the Sestranow Foundation My Assistant Program.
